Brief: To create an integrated campaign to boost the sales of season tickets for the 2011/12 season.
The marketing team were keen to develop two creative themes that grew from the first season of Neil Lennon’s tenure as manager – his ‘Thunder’ speech and the fans adoption of the Depeche Mode song ‘Just Can’t Get Enough’.
End Result: Having successfully developed the creative work for initial the pitch, I subsequently led our creative team on the development of the campaign around the strength of the “Just Can’t Get Enough’ message. The campaign included, print, POS, radio and digital advertising plus the design of a dedicated web page to sit within the existing site.
Below are some examples of the graphic style and art direction I provided for the other creative route based around Neil Lennon’s speech upon being given the manager’s position at the start of the 2010/11 season, where he stated, “I want to bring the thunder back to this stadium – I want to make it rock again.”
